If you are kicking off your career, working towards advancing your careers, thinking about the future or maybe just looking to learn more about fintech and digital financial solutions, the Growth Circles can almost immediately give you a trusted group to explore.
Designed as group mentoring – two mentors to a small group of mentees, Growth Circles can support your career and your personal development.
Our goal is to create a dynamic and supportive environment where mentees can gain insights, develop new skills, and build confidence by interacting with experienced professionals.
We encourage our mentors to be both women and allies to enable a true inclusivity in perspectives, experience and learnings.
Mentor and Mentee Roles:
– Mentors will guide discussions, provide career advice, and share experiences and knowledge to help mentees navigate their career paths.
– Mentees are expected to be proactive in seeking guidance, participating in discussions, and taking initiative to leverage the learning opportunities provided.
Commitment:
Mentors and mentees are encouraged to commit to at least a 6-month period. We recommend that the group meet at the minimum once a month to ensure continuity and depth in relationships and learning experiences, and more frequently at the groups’ preference.

Please submit your responses as soon as possible. We plan to introduce mentoring cohorts in phases. All participants will be informed of their group placements and further details ahead of a cohort kickoff.
