Kim Monty Holzel
Partner, Goodwin
Kim is a partner in Goodwin’s Financial Services, Consumer Financial Services and Fintech practices. She advises banks and Fintech clients offering tech-enabled consumer financial services on compliance with consumer financial services laws. Kimberly works with payment services, blockchain and virtual currency companies on FinCEN’s money service business (MSB) regulations and anti-money laundering requirements. She also prepares banks, lenders and Fintech companies for supervision by financial services regulators and represents them in connection with state and federal regulatory investigations, examinations, and inquiries.

Kimberly has been recognized by Legal 500 US since 2020 as a Next Generation Partner for Fintech and is a frequent speaker and author on consumer financial regulation and payments law topics.

Sukanya Soderland
, SVP, Chief Strategy Officer, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts
In her role, Sukanya led data analytics, business performance, process improvement and innovation for Blue Cross Blue Shield, the third largest private health plan in Massachusetts. She joined Blue Cross in 2018. Previously at Oliver Wyman, she served as a Senior Partner in their health and life sciences practices, and helped found the Oliver Wyman Health Innovation Center.

Recognized as a national thought leader in health care, Sukanya is a frequent speaker and contributor at industry events and forums.  Sukanya holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology and economics. She serves on the Advisory Board of the Trustees of Reservations.

Sarah King
, VP Corporate Marketing, Flywire
Sarah oversees global communications, social media, content, creative and digital marketing across Flywire’s verticals. She also is also responsible for leading Flywire’s global Social Impact and Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) program. Prior to Flywire, Sarah led global communications at the data backup and security firm Carbonite (Nasdaq: CARB). Sarah has a B.A. from Bowdoin College and lives in Wellesley, MA with her husband and two young children

Jen Bale, Sr Director, Global Marketing of Healthcare, Flywire
Jen oversees product marketing, demand generation, and client engagement initiatives to improve payment processes for hospitals and health systemsat Flywire. Prior to Flywire, Jen spent over 12 years at athenahealth, where she managed product marketing programs, client advocacy and sales enablement initiatives. Jen has a B.A. from John Carroll University and splits her time between Boston and Vermont.

Peter Butterfield, General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer, Flywire
Since joining Flywire in early 2015, Peter has served as General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer. His responsibilities include the management of all legal, compliance, regulatory, risk, and security matters for the business. Peter previously spent 15 years in various senior management roles within Devonshire Investors, the private equity arm of Fidelity Investments, and its operating companies. Before joining Flywire, Peter lived and worked for over a decade in Tokyo and Singapore managing legal, risk, and compliance functions, and leading the ex-Japan APAC operations for KVH Co., Ltd. He has an undergraduate degree from Bowdoin College and holds a law degree from Columbia University.
